Dr Matthew Valentine

Dr Valentine consults every 2nd Friday, doing vasectomies & pre/post vasectomy consultations. He also completes DOA Medicals every 2nd Friday morning at our Glen Affric St clinic.

Dr Valentine has been working in General Practice for over 12 years. He completed his medical degree at the University of Adelaide in 2000. Following a two-year internship and Residency at Royal Adelaide Hospital, Dr Valentine spent 5 years working full-time as a Medical Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force. This included several overseas deployments, and coordination and conduct of aeromedical retrievals both overseas and within Australia.

Dr Valentine has a keen interest in all aspects of General Practice and enjoys treating both children and adults. He is an officially accredited Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) with CASA and maintains an avid interest in all aspects of aviation medicine. Dr Valentine also enjoys and regularly performs minor skin surgery and No Needle No Scalpel vasectomy procedures.

Dr Valentine is married with a four year old daughter. In his spare time he enjoys running, hiking, and mountain bike riding.
