We're pleased to share that the Walton Bridge Medical Centre teams from Glen Affric Street and Waterworks Road have now come together at our 976 Waterworks Road, The Gap location.

By bringing our teams together under one roof, we're able to offer patients improved access to healthcare, more appointment availability, extended opening hours, and an even broader range of medical services—all while continuing to provide the personalised care you've come to know and trust.

Continue Seeing Your Regular GP

If you were previously a patient at our Glen Affric Street practice, you can continue seeing your regular GP at our Waterworks Road location. You'll also have access to a larger team of experienced GPs, nurses and healthcare professionals, making it easier to access the care you need.

Register with MyMedicare

If you have a regular GP at Walton Bridge Medical Centre, we encourage you to register with them through MyMedicare.

Registering with your usual GP and practice helps support continuity of care, making it easier to receive ongoing healthcare from the team who knows you best. It also supports access to Medicare-funded chronic disease management services where eligible.
