Dr Rafa Jeong

Dr Rafa Jeong is an internationally trained GP with a broad, diverse medical background who recently obtained his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2026. Born and raised in Spain with South Korean family roots, he later moved to London (UK) to pursue medicine, fulfilling a lifelong ambition inspired by medical documentaries he watched as a child.

Dr Jeong graduated with a BMBS from the University of Southampton (UK) in 2014, after first completing a BSc at University College London (UCL, UK). He gained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP, UK) in 2022.

Over the course of his career, he has trained across a wide range of specialties including General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Care of the Elderly, Dementia Care and Sexual Health. This breadth of experience has shaped his empathetic, approachable, and patient-centred style of care.

Dr Jeong enjoys seeing patients of all ages and values the continuity of care that general practice provides. He is particularly passionate about supporting patients and families through every stage of life with holistic, evidence-based care.

Outside of work, he enjoys football, running, cycling and swimming.
