If you have a regular GP, we encourage you to register with them through MyMedicare at Walton Bridge Medical Centre. Registering with your usual GP and practice supports continuity of care and helps ensure you can continue to access Medicare-funded chronic disease management services where eligible. Our reception team can assist you with registration.
