How to book

Appointments can be made online by this website using the Hotdoc platform. Simply click the green "Book an appointment" button. Alternatively, you can call us on (07) 3300 1900 to book during our standing opening times. Please do not try to book appointments using social media or email.

Appointment length

A standard appointment is 15 minutes. Please arrange a longer appointment (30mins) if you have a complex issue or several problems to discuss. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time & doctor. However, delays sometimes occur because we give priority to emergencies & ask for your understanding should this occur.

Cancelling appointments

If an appointment is no longer required, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can allocate it to another patient. A fee may be charged for non-attendance.
