AVAILABLE TO CURRENT PATIENTS ONLY WHO HAVE ATTENDED THIS CLINIC FACE TO FACE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

When you’re unwell, leaving the comfort of your home to see a GP can be a real effort. Luckily, you can book a GP phone consultation so you can get advice, treatment or a referral, medical certificate or a script without leaving home.

What does it cost?
Billing for Telehealth is at the discretion of your Doctor. Please contact our reception team if you want to know how much your telehealth consult will cost. When you book a telehealth appointment at our clinic, you will now receive an SMS from us requesting your credit card details to hold your booking. This SMS will come from HotDoc and is secure and safe to use. No funds will be deducted from your card until after your appointment.

Please note not all GP appointments are suitable for a telehealth consultations. This is at your doctor’s discretion. Telehealth is not suitable for you if you are:

• A new patient who wants a telehealth appointment
• A new patients seeking new medication
• Skin checks and minor procedures
• We do not currently offer video calls
